Last night Lori Kalner, of The Zion Covenant, heard an Obama political ad (http://blip.tv/file/1309087). The voices of innocent children were raised in a hymn of praise to Obama. The words of the song awakened a childhood memory, long dormant in her heart, and she has written a Word of warning to everyone who is able to hear. History is repeating itself.
Hymn to Adolph Hitler

In Germany, when Hitler came to power, it was a time of terrible financial depression. Money was worth nothing. In Germany people lost homes and jobs, just like in the American Depression in the 1930s, which we have read about in Thoene’s Shiloh books.
In those days, in my homeland, Adolph Hitler was elected to power by promising “Change.”He blamed the “Zionists” around the world for all our problems. He told everyone it was greedy Zionist Bankers who had caused every problem we had. He promised when he was leader, the greedy Zionist bankers would be punished. The Zionists, he promised, would be wiped off the face of the earth.
So Hitler was elected to power by only 1/3 the popular vote. A coalition of other political parties in parliament made him supreme leader. Then, when he was leader, he disgraced and expelled everyone in parliament who did not go along with him.
Yes. Change came to my homeland as the new leader promised it would. The teachers in German schools began to teach the children to sing songs in praise of Hitler. This was the beginning of the Hitler Youth movement. It began with praise of the Fuhrer’s programs on the lips of innocent children. Hymns in praise of Hitler and his programs were being sung in the schoolrooms and in the play yard. Little girls and boys joined hands and sang these songs as they walked home from school.
My brother came home and told Papa what was happening at school. The political hymns of children proclaimed Change was coming to our homeland and the Fuhrer was a leader we could trust. I will never forget my father’s face. Grief and fear. He knew that the best propaganda of the Nazis was song on the lips of little children.
That evening before he said grace at the dinner table, he placed his hands upon the heads of my brothers and me and prayed the Living Word upon us from Jeremiah 1:4-5…
‘Now the Word of the Lord came to me, saying,
‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
‘and before you were born I consecrated you;
‘I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
Soon the children’s songs praising the Fuhrer were heard everywhere on the streets and over the radio.”With our Fuhrer to lead us, we can do it! We can change the world!”
Soon after that Papa, a pastor, was turned away from visiting elderly parishioners in hospitals. The people he had come to bring comfort of God’s Word, were “no longer there.” Where had they vanished to while under nationalized health care? It became an open secret. The elderly and sick began to disappear from hospitals, feet first, as “mercy killing” became the policy. Children with disabilities and those who had Down syndrome were euthanized.
People whispered, “Maybe it is better for them now. Put them out of misery. They are no longer suffering…And, of course, their death is better for the treasury of our nation. Our taxes no longer must be spent to care for such a burden.” And so murder was called mercy.
The government took over private business. Industry and health care were “nationalized.”NA-ZI means National Socialist Party) The businesses of all Jews were seized. (Perhaps you remember our story in Berlin on Krystalnacht in the book Munich Signature?)
The world and God’s word were turned upside down. Hitler promised the people economic Change? Not change. It was, rather, Lucifer’s very ancient Delusion leading to Destruction. What began with the propaganda of children singing a catchy tune ended in the deaths of millions of children. The reality of what came upon us is so horrible that you in this present generation cannot imagine it.
Our suffering is too great to ever tell in a book or show in a black and white newsreel. When I spoke to Bodie about some of these things, she wept and said she could not bear to write them. Perhaps one day she will, but I asked her, “who could bear to read our suffering?”
Yet with my last breaths I warn every Christian and Jew now in the name of the Lord: Unless your course of the church in America is spiritually changed now, returning to the Lord, there are new horrors yet to come.
Yet I have heard what this man Obama says about abortion and the “mercy killing” of tiny babies who are not wanted.
There are so few of us left to warn you. I have heard that there are 69 million Catholics in America and 70 million Evangelical Christians.
Where are your voices? Where is your outrage? Where is passion and your vote? Do you vote based on an abortionist’s empty promises and economics? Or do you vote according to the Bible? Thus says the Lord about every living child still in the womb…
I have experienced the signs of the politics of Death in my youth. I see them again now. Christians! Unless you stand up now, you will lose your freedom of religion.
In America priests and preachers have already lost their freedom to speak openly from their pulpits of moral danger in political candidates. They cannot legally instruct you of which candidate holds fast to the precepts of scripture! American law forbids this freedom of speech to conservative pastors or they will lose their “tax exempt” status.
And yet I have heard the words of Obama’s pastor Damning America! I have heard the words of Obama damning and mocking all of you in small towns because you “Cling to your religion…”
But I am a woman whose name is unknown. My life is recorded as a work of fiction. I have no fear of reprisal when I speak truth to you from the pages of a book. (Though the Zion Covenant books are mocked and condemned by the Left in America.)
I am an old woman and will soon go to be with my Lord. I have no fear for myself, but for all of you and for your children, I tremble. I tremble at the hymns to a political leader which your children will sing at school.
(Though even now a hymn or a prayer to God and our Lord Jesus is against the law in public school!)Your vote must put a stop to what will come upon America if Barrack Obama is elected.
I pray you will personally heed this warning for the sake of your children and your grandchildren. Do not be deceived. The Lord in Jeremiah 1:7-8 commands: … every believer to speak up!
”Do not say, ‘I am only a youth,’ for to all whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak. Do not be afraid of them for I am with you, declares the Lord!”
I trembled last night when I heard the voices of American children raised in song, praising the name of Obama, the charismatic fellow who claims he is the American Messiah.

WORDS OF WARNING AND HOPE

Dear Friends,
I was a young girl in Germany and lived through difficult times. We have since then had a wonderful life. The world, as difficult as it has been, at least for many years remembered what happened politically in Germany with the Depression in the 1930s. You remember how it began and thus progressed with the horrors of war which followed.
The battle was at the beginning a Spiritual battle.
You have read some parts of my story in the Zion Covenant, from growing up in Germany in the days when evil men prevailed and TRUTH was turned upside down. White became black through a barrage of propaganda and constant repetition of lies against those who spoke the truth.
Here is my warning to all: Perhaps it will be my last warning. (I wake up each day surprised that I am still here and not in heaven with those who wait for me!)
America and the whole world hangs in the balance now. I believe that America will stand or fall depending on who is elected President this year. Good Americans, like the good Germans of my youth, may think that the issues of their nation center around the economy. I tell you now that the fate of the greatest nation on earth does not depend on money.
Every issue must only be judged worthy and true by the Word of God. Prosperity comes to a nation and a people who serves the Lord first. That is a basic spiritual principle which is seen in every book of Holy Scripture.
“If My people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
This is where the healing of America begins: Friend, you must begin with examination of your own life first and the confession of your sins. Then pray for your nation. Ask yourself now: who supports the rights of the unborn babies and also of those who are handicapped?History tells us why this is critical:
In the Germany of my childhood, everyone worried about the economy. Paying bills. Buying bread. Money! And there were 1 million abortions in the year before Hitler came to power. (A drop in the bucket compared to America.) The excuse given for the murder of unborn babies was that economic times were hard. How could a family feed another mouth?
There followed the legalized forced sterilization of parents who had a handicapped child or who were judged “racially impure.”
Next came the legalized euthanasia of those who were handicapped. (An example of who would be killed is the Downs Syndrome child of Sarah Palin. He would have been killed immediately at birth.)
Do we not see such choices carried out with tiny babies being strangled or left to die by abortionists today? Evil advances forward in America by law! This is done with the support of men and women in office who have sold their souls for power. In those days in Germany all, who were, as I am now, elderly or ill, were gassed. These were all called “useless eaters.”
Christians and Jews who spoke out against this evil were labeled as radical “religious fanatics.” A campaign of false accusation, slander and persecution began, targeting people of faith. It was “unpopular” to speak the TRUTH. Were these persecuted Christians people like you? Many were jailed and eventually killed. Some escaped with only their lives.
Finally, by millions, Jews were hunted, imprisoned and killed. You know all this from the Zion Covenant books. I lived it.
Now, today, I hear the words and know the deeds of this Barack Obama and I know that he is a “gifted,” convincing, fellow. He is telling you how bad you have it and saying to Americans he is their messiah and the answer to all problems.
The propaganda machine loves Obama. The power of the media is much greater than in my childhood; a frightening thought.But here is TRUTH: of all men in the US government this Obama has most strongly encouraged and urged the on-going slaughter of the unborn…”the useless mouths” of America. This slaughter is performed in the name of “A woman’s reproductive rights.”
In the land of my birth, the Holocaust all began with the first step of legalized abortion. Abortion was ENCOURAGED by a downturn in the world economics.
Scripture teaches us the survival of a nation is not about the economy. The only nation which will stand is the nation which follows the Lord and the true teachings of scripture.
I warn you, my dear American friends, with love in my heart and with my last breaths that no man or woman, Protestant or Catholic, can remain in God’s favor or blessing if they vote for this Obama. This is a man who voted four times to leave tiny babies who survived abortions to die!
I know many devout American Catholics in my life and many who have never voted for the man Obama who is gifted in his words but NOT speaking the TRUE WORDS OF OUR LORD OR THE CHURCH!
You cannot be a true Catholic Christian and vote for Obama. To vote for him is to vote for continued infanticide. To Protestant Christians, I say, you are not a Christian if you support the slaughter of the unborn!
Christianity and abortion are spiritually impossible companions.
Protestants and Catholics MUST UNITE in this battle. The victory must be overwhelming!
Do you feel you cannot vote for Mr. McCain and Mrs. Palin, who are for the LIFE of the unborn and handicapped? If you cannot support these leaders, then for the sake of your soul, NOT TO VOTE for Obama or anyone who does not support protection of LIFE!
For all those American politicians who have the chance to change the course toward destruction, I who have been witness to national and worldwide tragedy, urge you protect those in your society who are the most helpless. Publicly deny your support of Obama. According to 2 Chronicles 7:14 you must turn your life around for the sake of your soul and your country!
To those politicians who use “FAITH” to get votes while they follow the path of destruction, I must speak this warning: “God will not be mocked.”If you, as a Christian, can vote, and if you can encourage others to vote, then you must VOTE FOR LIFE. In the judgment of heaven, there is no other choice but LIFE and protection of the innocent for a Christian.
I am thankful to Bodie and Brock for letting me be heard once more. They agree with history and with the Truth of scripture. Most of my generation is gone now. You who are taking control of the world have a fight ahead of you as the memory of our peril dims. I have heard and listened closely to the voices of Sarah Palin and John McCain, and my spirit bears witness that they speak truth and family and also for John McCain. You must all remember what happened to us and not repeat the same mistake of apathy.
If I cannot write to you again I pray we will meet in heaven and you will tell me I helped you encourage others to do the right thing for the sake of your soul and for the nation.

This separation was made more evident when in April 1945 Hitler gave instruction that upon his death the office of Führer would dissolve and there would be a new President and Chancellor. On 30 April 1945 Hitler committed suicide and was succeeded as Chancellor by Joseph Goebbels, as dictated in Hitler’s Last Will and Testament.

“for the sake of your soul…God will judge you.” Whether Obama is elected or not, on Tuesday, nearly half of American voters will vote for him. If you believe all of those people will go to hell because of their vote, I cannot take anything else you say seriously.
You are a raving, radical lunatic. Obama will win, and you’ll see that America will be just fine for the next four years, though it will continue to be a tough economic team.
UM – I beg to differ. What about all of the xenophobic rhetoric from the religious right? The demonizing of “liberals”, labeling NY and San Francisco as “not the real America”, labeling anybody who disagrees with you as a “terrorist”, blaming our economic problems on Hispanic immigrants. This is the kind of fear and hatred that Hitler and McCarthy used. If you substituted the word “Juden” for “liberal” those Republicans are the ones who sound like Hitler. Obama does not talk like that. This is why I am particularly afraid of Pailin; as an evangelist she thinks that anybody who is not a born again Christian will burn in hell forever (including, but not limited to Jews). It terrifies me that she could become President. What would become of our religious freedom?

I agree webmystery with what you say about Palin’s extremism. And over all that is why I won’t ever become a Republican.
They don’t respect the 1st article of the Bill of Rights. The freedom to believe as your concience guides you is too important to ignore.
Though murdering someone and saying it’s your religious right is Bull Shit, so there has to be some balance there too.
Ron Paul was the canidate I was excited about. A guy with a proven track record of following the Constitution — including the freedom to live the way you feel is right.
This is why I say again and again that the two Dominant political parties are running our country into the ground, and we won’t survive it unless we do something about it.

I’ve studied the whole issue of Catholicism during the Nazi era and you don’t want to know what I learned because it doesn’t confirm your prejudices in favor of the church in which you trust, even though if you have children the officials of that church have proven that they either abuse children such as yours themselves or protect their brother priests who DO.

I do not like or support Catholothism. I think it’s a WAY corrupt church, full of lies by head clergy, deception, and that it promoted far to much intollerance, and far too many witch hunts.
But there are many people, who in their every day lives, really feel like it’s the best place to be. That is their choice.
It’s called Freedom of Religion and it’s guaranteed by the first amendment in the Bill of Rights.

Lori Kalner is a fictional character. And I quote from Bodie Thoene, “With the exception of recognized historical figures, the characters in this novel are fictional . . .”
Likewise, some of the details about Hitler (a real war criminal) are mistaken.
Finally, any similarity of President-Elect Obama to Adolf Hitler is fiction and unconvincing fiction at that.
Actually, I had no idea that this person is supposed to be fictional, so I was going off the idea she was real.

she is real. Lori Kalner’s story is based on real life. The real Lori is living still and corresponds with Bodie Thoene, author of Zion Covenant series. I know the authors and their books are mostly based on real people.
Mostly based on real people? What exactly is that supposed to mean, that some are fakes? And if so then who is to know which parts are lies or not? That was an interesting choice of words.
You must be kidding me. You do realize that our form of government is set up in a way so that a supreme leader such as Adolf Hitler will never reign. Four to eight years is the time of a term. If Obama so much as even tries to do another task as risky as reforming our health care while under this term, he will be dethroned immediately after his time is up. Then, the next president, whom we should elect more carefully, will change the course and it will all be stable again. Not to mention, no one is stupid enough to let history repeat itself in our more formal society today. A single concentration camp would effortlessly bring an uprising by the people.
I can’t believe such immature and unintelligent people are able to spread deception like this to numerous people via the internet. It’s a mortifying.
P.S. Stop affiliating religion with politics. They’re two separate things, and whenever they are in conjunction, they merely cause genocides, wars, and most other conflicts occur.
Really? That’s why Cambodia fairly recently went through something as bad as Hitler? And why there were concentration camps during World War 2 in the USA? And why the serious problems Bush created by the Patriot Act haven’t been repealed yet?
And religion tied with Government is not the problem as long as the Bill of Rights is upheld. The founding fathers were Devout Christians and said it was because of that they made sure tolerance of other religions was addressed at the government level. Have you read their exact words? I have.
Our form of government is harder to abuse, I agree, but it is not corruption proof, and not immune to being used for evil purposes. Absolutely NO form of government is immune to that.
